Lookman Rasoolji Valiji is a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) with over 15 years of experience in the telecom domain. He specializes in designing and implementing workflow management systems for service assurance, service fulfilment, ticketing, network ticketing, SLA management, and jeopardy management using agile scrum/pseudo agile methodologies. Lookman has experience in delivering complex greenfield, enhancement, transformation, and migration projects. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with distinction from the University of Mumbai and a Management Development Certification from IIT Bombay. Lookman has worked with clients globally, including Telstra in Australia and BT in the UK. He has played various roles in his projects, such as Feature Lead, Agile Lead, and Client Services. Lookman has expertise in strategic telecom verticals, including Wholesale, Retail, Enterprise, and Last Mile. He has received several awards and certificates, including the Child Scientist Award from the Government of India and the Exceptional Performance Certificate from the MD of British Telecom. Currently, Lookman is working as a Digital Solution Specialist at Infosys. He has previously worked as a Lead Consultant and Senior Consultant at the same company. Lookman's tech stack includes AWS, DevOps, Research Scientist, and Microservices.
